Bioactive Rose Gommage is a 2-in-1 product that offers a professional-level “resurfacing” facial treatment to do at home. A formula with a pleasant pink gel texture that can be used as a gommage or as a mask.
But first things first: what is a Gommage? The French term defines the act of erasing with an eraser. In this case, thanks to Pineapple and Papaya Enzymes, impurities, blackheads, blemishes, spots and dead cells are “erased” from the skin of the face revealing a fresh, clean, soft and glowing complexion. Konjac Root promotes deep cleansing of clogged pores while Hyaluronic Acid maintains optimal hydration. Bioactive Rose Scrub exfoliates without compromising the skin’s natural protective barrier. The heady fragrance of Rose relaxes and soothes the mind, adding an extra kick to this delightful Ritual inspired by French spa facials.

ANANAS AND PAPAYA ENZYMES: these are proteolytic enzymes that help break down keratin proteins, the outer layer of the skin. The process helps dead skin cells come off, leaving your complexion smoother and softer, with a decrease in discolorations.

KONJAK ROOT: this plant has been used for thousands of years in Japan for skin care and cleansing. In fact, it promotes effective removal of dead skin cells and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action.

HYALURONIC ACID: hyaluronic acid acts as a hydrating active, helping to loosen dead skin build-up.

AS A FACE GOMMAGE: apply a thin layer of product to the cleansed face using the handy brush.
 Just before it is completely dry, remove the gel layer by gently rubbing the face with your fingertips. Rinse with lukewarm water.

AS EYE CONTOUR MASK: apply a thin layer of product to the eye area to soothe and moisturize. Allow to dry completely and rinse with lukewarm water.
 Do not rub the product on this delicate area.

AS A LIP MASK: apply a thin layer of product to the lips to plump and exfoliate. 
Before the product is completely dry, remove the gel by gently rubbing with your fingers. Lips will appear velvety soft.
